LineCheck.tv is a curated video platform for restaurant and kitchen professionals. We embed publicly available YouTube videos and provide editorial commentary, categorization, and curation. We do not host video content directly — all videos are streamed via YouTube's official embedded player.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save videos, write notes, and create collections. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. User Content

Any notes, collections, or other content you create on LineCheck remains yours. By creating content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of the service (e.g., your notes are visible only to you).

6. Subscriptions and Payments

LineCheck Pro is a paid subscription service processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase. You may manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account.

7. Intellectual Property

Editorial commentary, curated collections, and the LineCheck brand are the property of LineCheck.tv. Video content displayed on the site is the property of the respective YouTube creators and is embedded in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Site without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

9. Disclaimer

LineCheck.tv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including editorial commentary. Video availability depends on the respective YouTube creators and YouTube's platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineCheck.tv and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
